After Philippe Albèra, Damien Pousset and Mathieu Poncet, Brice Pauset was appointed the new artistic director of the Genevan ensemble “Contrechamps” as of January 2013. In this conversation with Antonin Servière, Pauset explains his vision for the ensemble and its place at the crossroads of three cultures (French, German and Italian). He also gives his impressions of contemporary music in Switzerland and elsewhere today.
